CONCERT INFORMATION
Flyers Band
Friday, December 12
1. Be at Chaminade no
later than 7:00 p.m. Use the entrance on
the driveway (Powers stair door) to enter the band area. Please do not enter through the auditorium.
2. Dress: bring black dress shoes, black socks, dress
black pants, black belt, and a long sleeve white dress shirt. Go to the library to pick up your jacket and
tie. Report to the Band Room to warm-up.
3. No one is to leave before the end of the
entire concert. Attendance will
be taken at the end of the evening, after which you may leave with your
parents.
4. After you perform,
the yearbook picture will be taken in the gym.
After returning your jacket and tie, you may play in the gym, or watch
the rest of the concert on TV. Those who
bring gym clothes are reminded that you must leave the concert dressed
properly, and NOT in gym clothes.
5. You are to be on stage or in the gym -- no where else. This includes out in the auditorium or lobby
during intermission.
6. All school regulations
are in effect. No food, drinks, iPods, phones, etc.
7. In case of HEAVY
SNOW, check the website to find out if the concert is canceled.
8. You should call me by
5:00 p.m. if you are sick and will not make the concert. Chaminade's phone is (516) 742 - 5555. My extension is #523. Leave your name, a number I can call if I
need to speak with you, and the reason you can not make the concert.
9. Chaminade will be
making a video of the concert. If you
are interested, you may purchase one.
Because of this, we ask that your parents not take any videos during the
performance so that no one in the audience has their view obstructed.
10. If you are going to
get a haircut before the concert, please make sure it is an acceptable one.
11. The concert should
end around 10:00.
